mains block suggestions

hi all i could really do with a 4 way mains block with approx 2 meter lead , could someone suggest a block that i can either purchase , or make up myself. preferable something that can be used with differant powercords if need be.

i would like something that is better than woolies type block ,but not as expensive as a russ andrews one at £165.

would like to purchase something 2nd hand if i know what to ask for.

thank you

Beyond not wanting anything shoddy, this is a religious matter rather than a scientific one. Depends on your religion.

I use a very cheap 12-way block, not being very religious, and having several toys!

Have a look at this thread started by StooMonster on his DIY distribution block, made me go down the same route.

Awesome Mains Distribution block, and it's DIY
