A Quick Sketchup Plea

I cannot get my head around sketchup, would someone be so kind as to put together a quick layout for me?

Here are the dimensions for my false chimney breast idea,

Current flat Wall - 3.6m x 2.4m

False Chimney Breast = 220cm x 240cm x 20cm (to be centred on current wall)

TV - 1233mm x 723mm (to be recessed into the centre of the chimney breast at mid height with 50mm gap all round)

Centre - (HxWxD) 760 x 120 x 105mm (to be recessed into the chimney breast below the TV with 10mm gap all round)

Fronts - (HxWxD) 925 x 120 x 140mm (to be recessed into the chimney breast either side of the TV with 10mm gap all round)

The current wall will remain a cream colour and the chimney breast will either be painted a dark chocolate colour or wallpapered in something like this Wallpaper Direct - Oralia

Many Thanks in advance,

TD

Re: A Quick Sketchup Plea

Gave it a shot, its a bit rough and i didn't bother adding depths of speakers/ tv in im afraid. They could be addded relatively easily i suppose, I just didn't do it!

I'm pretty new to sketchup too, so it is very beginner work!
