Cable management kits?

Ok, so my TV is currently wall-mounted, as is my PS3 and shortly my 360 Elite will be as well.
I already had a plastic cable management kit that I had been planning on using to hide all the power cords, HDMI cables, the aerial cable etc but it isn't going to be suitable as I need a kit with a cross-piece, which my current one does not have.

To give you an idea of what I need the kit to include, here follows and extremely crude, vaguely to-scale diagram showing where on the wall all the access points need to be:

Code:
             X
             ║
             ║
           X═╬═X
             ║
         X═══╩X
At the top is the TV; the two devices off of the cross-piece are the PS3 and 360; below them, at the corner, is the wall plug and bottom-left is the aerial point.

So I definitely need a cross piece for the games consoles, for the plug I'd probably need a T-piece as well.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

D-Line make everything that your need, screwfix and B&Q sell it. I've got some in my living room, its designed to look like skirting board so hides all my cables nicely without looking at all out of place.
