speaker wire grommets

I need to bring some speaker wire through a hole in the wall. The tidiest way I can think of doing this at the moment is by using a white grommet that is normally fitted when you get sky installed - to make the cable entry into the wall look nice and neat.

Has anyone used or seen anything a bit smarter out there?

Thanks

Re: speaker wire grommets

Hi
Is it possible to bring it through the floor much neater?
What about a plate with speaker terminals might look neater than plain cable.
