It's a good price, but for alot of stores feasible, but with M&S it seems far too cheap.

I think this price was an error on the part of M&S. Compare it to the other lower spec sets they're currently selling.

I ordered one too, got the confirmation email and delivery is expected between 9th-12th April...waiting patiently but wouldn't want to bet money on this deal pulling through.

I rang their CS line on Tuesday afternoon to confirm price and stock. The person said the price was right and it was not a mistake, and their were 200 TV's in stock.

I ordered one 2 hours later online, got confirmation etc. etc. I rang the CS people again on Thursday and they said they had cancelled my order!!
I asked why and they said there were none in stock, I told them the other guy said there were 200 in stock, but fobbed me off by saying this wasn't right. They also took the TV off their website (didn't even leave it there and say "Out of Stock") Told them this was out of order and to get their act together. They gave me a £ 10 voucher on my online account for the inconvenience. I then received an email from them a day later confirming cancellation.

I bet that when they do get them in stock they won't be at the same price (£ 999).

I have asked around at different shops and Sony are having issues getting these 46" TV (and the 40" W5500's) into stores.
