I have been reading AVForums for a while now so thought I would post this.

I have been trying to find a cheap HD65 for a while but they seem to be going UP in price as the pound weakens.

I found these Ex-Demo units for sale form Audio Vision

I talked the the guy on the phone, the units have been used for demos, 100 or less hours on the bulb, It seems they have been repackaged by Optoma themselves and then resold, apart from the used hours on the lamp they should be like new.

Free Delivery, 3 year warranty on the projector and 30 days on the bulb.

Hopefully get a good few hours out of the lamp, Even if I am unlucky and have a bulb die, then I can get another for £90 and still come in cheaper than some retailers.
