Need some help/advice

Got our second on the way and want video of there room as a sort of monitor but while we are at it thought may aswell get a cctv system we were thinking of doing ages ago,

so what i need is 4 cameras 2 will be internal and 2 external will need to be day and night now ive found soem cheap but look ok cameras on fleebay and ive been looking at dvr cards but the only thing i cant remember is how to sort otu the sound as we will want sound on at least 3 of the 4 cameras can anyone help how i do it as im sure bnc only sends a video signal (cameras i want are the sony ccd metal type ones)

my reason for not going network camera is the fact at least with bnc and a dvr card i can have it running so i can watch a few cameras at once and have it recording onto another hard drive (can i record to external drive usb or fw or does it need to be internal) aswell as view it remotly if we are away
