Remote Light Dimmers
I saw a 1 gang touch/remote light dimmer switch in my local B&Q the other day, I would realy like to get the same thing but need a 2 gang version. The 1 gang in B&Q was £22.99 so im guesing that a " gang is gonna be around £40 - £45. Anyone know of a place on the net where I can get one?

Have a look at the dimmers on letsautomate as they have all sorts at some really good prices.

The wattage rating of the dimmer is related to the wattage of the bulbs you will be dimming.
If you have a 300W dimmer, you can dim as many lights as you want providing that he wattage of all the bulbs isn't over 300.
Voltage will depend on the lights you have. If you have mains voltage halogen or 'normal' bulbs, you'll need a dimmer suitable for that.
If you have low voltage halogens, you'll need a dimmer suitable for it, as well making sure the transformer for your low voltage lights is dimmable.

Hi there
Yes, the one's from tlc direct are great - I have a two gang and a one gang in my lounge and they are so easy to program. The only downside to them is that if the power is cut you have to re-program them each time!
Apart from that they are very highly recommended.
