IR Distribution Kit to control ir lights?

Hi can anyone advise on the following,

If I have an ir light switch that I use with a Harmony control, is there any way to use some sort of ir kit to control the light without pointing directly at it. I am going to purchase the keene distribution kit that gets great reviews for all my av stuff anyway, is there anyway to do it with this.
Do they do some sort of wireless wand?

Would like to be able to control the lights while pointing the control at the tv.
Dont really want to go down the rf route as would like to use my harmony control for everything (does the job fine at the moment) and dont want to change it just for the lights.

Any help appreciated.

You could need to cut your wall and chase an emitter all the way up to the lightswitch. Second best option if the lightswitch is near the kit is a high power emitter aimed in the direction of the light switch.

Thanks for that, wasnt the answer I was hoping for

I may be able to run cat5 round the room to the oposite end of the light, under the window. Need to give this some more thought.

Thanks again!

Have you got the IR light yet?

My living room isn't big at all, but I can point my Harmony One remote at the opposite side of the room and it still picks it up.
