| Hallway low power lighting
I'm working on the hallway leading from the front door and want some low power lighting which I can either leave on pretty much all the time, or control via a photo cell to work dusk-till-dawn as there is not much natural light.
The hallway is 5m long, 2m wide at the entrance by the front door with the stairs leading up on the right hand side (as you look from the front door), ceiling height is 2.8m.
If I used low energy (LED ?) GU10's how many would I need to provide a reasonable light.
What other fittings could I use. I would prefer ceiling mount rather than wall, A nice low energy pendant just inside the doorway would be nice, but that wouldn't light all the way down the hall, as that's what's in there at the moment. I would then use the same pendant fitting at the top of the stairs on the smaller upstairs hallway.
