Hi Guys,
Could someone please tell me if a Lutron Grafik Eye 3106 can be used with low voltage downlights.

You can use them with low voltage down lights, however you need to make sure the transformer is compatible, I pretty sure they have to be 'leading edge' type electronic transformers. There are a few PDF's on Lutron website that explain the types of loads that can be driven and the extra interfaces that are required, I will try and search out the relevant one as the site is not very users friendly.

Yes, it is a Leading Edge dimmer, so the relevant Transformer to this is required. This is a good thing though, as it is easy to buy the cheap trailing edge transformers which are a pile of imported poo, and will force you to buy something half decent!
