New LED strips and ropes at TLC

Just noticed these.

Many people will know TLC as an excellent source of electrical components. (no connection, I just use them a lot)

I now see that are stocking some new LED stuff

LED Rope Lights. Good thing is they can be ordered in 2mtr lengths, so get exactly the length you want. Plus various connectors.

Advantage over traditional rope light is even lower power and very cool running, and of course very long life.

Though the white is a blue, not warm white.

Also LED Light Strips. A little more expensive perhaps but very bright, and again some very interesting right angle and 4 way connectors for making various shapes

Finally some LED tube lights

Re: New LED strips and ropes at TLC

Just as a warning about TLC, I've had an order in with them for 2.5 weeks now for a couple of lengths of white LED rope light, 8m and 18m plus all the accessories and they still can't tell me when they're going to get them in stock from the manufacturer. Despite phoning them pretty much every day for the last week or so they still have yet to come through. Not impressed with their customer service either, they always say "let me look into it and call you back" and never do. Also they've already charged my credit card which I really hate when companies do this. And still no indication on their web site that most of this stuff is not in stock. Be warned.

That is very unlike TLC which most forum members usually praise.
Shame if they went downhill

That is strange. Ive used them loads recently and have been brilliant every time. As loz says, would be a shame if theyve started to slide.
