audio home automation

not sure if this is the right part of the forum, but here goes
i have been rewiring my house and i have been in cat5e and speaker cable in various rooms for the future. i like the look of the opus and russound systems,
so all i have basically done is to wire cat 5e from a cupboard to the future location of a keypad and from the keypad location speakers cables out to the speakers

but my problem is that i have 6 speaker cables in close proximity to one another, i have attached a drawing, i want to just play the same music in these 3 areas.
how do i just have 1 keypad that links to the 6 speakers, where i can just switch on a certain zones ie. kitchen zone when in kitchen, or maybe i can switch on 2 zones (4 speakers) or maybe even all 3 zones ( 6 speakers)

hopefully i have explained it ok

thanks in advance

Re: audio home automation

TO have one controller to select 1 or 2 or all zones and music and control then its quite tricky. you could look at something like a systemline modular with the single source HUB. but i would say have 3 keypads one in each zone.
