oneclick AV - extend power down time

right so i just got one of these, plugged my amp and electric screen in the master socket, dvd and sub in the perhiperal

what im finding is the power cuts out as the screen is still retracting, the screen takes about 55 seconds to retract. I would have thought the box would have detected this still running, but no.

any ideas?
