lutron demo scene

what im trying to do is create a demo scene for a appartment so the sales lady only has to press one button on entry and it will keep changing the room scenes rolling round aprrox 4 different scenes every 3 mins how do i go about programing this do i use conditional with 4 large presets and use a time clock to move it every 3 mins or is there a easyier way and when she presses the off button on leaving i would like it to stop and turn everything off. thanks

yes its a home works processor 4 system with 10 seetouch kpds and 6 wpms 1 cco and 1 cci
