Lutron Rania dimmer two way installation

Hi,
Can anyone help me please?
I'm currently having my house refurbished and chosen Lutron Rania remote dimmers for a couple of the rooms. In each of these rooms there is a further standard switch to allow two way switching - eg: at the bottom of the stairs to switch on the living room lights, but at the other doorway there is the Rania dimmer switch. At the moment the Rania dimmer switches work as they should, until someone presses the standard on-off switch in the other location, the lights don't switch on and the Rania dimmer switch won't work- it just flashes away!! The only way I can seem to get the dimmer working again is to switch the standard on-off switch on & off again....
My electrician seems to be at a loss and I can't find any configuration instructions on the Lutron website that help at all with this scenario. help!!!

I do not understand what you are trying to do there, but I think they come in two versions. Master and slave.

Thankyou for the link. My electrician says he's followed these installation wiring instructions. It seems that for some reason the switches aren't synchronised???
