x10 RCD problem

Hi. Anyone had a problem running x10 signals when theres an rcd in circuit?
I've got 2 LM12's recessed behind light switches controlling lighting in a hallway. These work directly off retractable switches great but I'm expanding the system with a TM13U receiver and x10 easytouch 35 remote control and active home softwear. Problem is I can sometimes control the lights by PC manually but not timed events and the remote does not comunicate at all. Could there be a problem sending x10 signals because the socket circuits have an RCD in circuit?
