usb dvr surveillance capture ??

Anyone know anthing abnout thse little things being sold on ebay just now :

4 channel usb dvr cctv pci surveillance video capture, works in similar fashoin to a dvr card fitted internally to your pc for the viewing / recording off security cams, just wonder how well thse things work ?? only plan to run two cams around the house so its not a big set up required.
anyone any comments ??
