Hi to everybody,
I have some questions regarding Clipsal. I would like to full automate my house especially lighting but i am wonder:
1. what about some places in the house like wc, playroom etc that i have only one Lamp. Do i have to use i full zone and an individual keypad which cost about 120-150 pounds?
2. some rooms may control the lights from 3-4 different locations. again do i need 4 keypads 120-150 pounds each? for a bedroom for examble that you need a switch at the entrance a switch near the bed you need about 300 just to control one light.

You don't have to use a full switch for simple zones like that, but if you want them controlled by c-bus, then yes, you will need a channel for each light.

For the switches, just use a 4 channel bus coupler, and some momentary switches, which should cost roughly £25 per room for the switching side if you have exactly 4 rooms.

Not cheap, but better than £4-500

the mk grid range have a momentary switch that I like, but it depands on your decor.
