What cable for spotlights

Putting some spotlights with dimmer into my loft conversion, what core and thickness of cable will i need?

Using the two way dimmer http://www.tlc-direct.co.uk/Products/VLIQ1402.html
With 8 spots in main area http://www.tlc-direct.co.uk/Products/FRDG10CBR.html
And 4 adjustable spots in window cutouts http://www.tlc-direct.co.uk/Products/FRSG10CBR.html

I assume I need 3 core cable but what thickness?

Is there any guides available on the correct way to wire them up (Is it a looped circuit?

Thanks
Chris

Flat twin and earth 1.5mm Start at board or a fused spur. Finish at last light.
