Can light trim selection

I am finishing a new house. The electricians installed Lithonia LC6 cans. I need to get the trims but I am not sure what to get. I plan to put CFL bulbs in the cans.

There are three uses. Kitchen, halls, and theater. The theater is just 4 cans and probably should be something black.

It is the other ones I am most concerned about. It should maximize light, preferably without looking ugly/glary for people in the room.

My initial thought is some type of specular trim.
