1000W dimmer switch

Is it possible to get 1000watt dimmer switch, needed for 6-7 mains downlights

most downlights are 20, 35, or 50w 6 or 7 would only be 300-350.....they are not normally 100+ watts, for a good reason, they are set in the ceiling, so the heat is massive.

What exactly are you trying to dim. 1000w/7 = 150w approx. Linear halogen?

Rako do a 1200w dimming module, due to its form factor though it won't fit through the hole normally made for a downlighter, it would ordinarily be located remotely.

I have two 2000W dimmer switches from Superswitch - used for dimming 500 floods. You can't fit them in a normal pattress box though
