Challenge: Need Ceiling Light <30cm drop

Just moved into my first flat, got my priorities right and got the Z2 ceiling mounted along with screen. However, the ceiling light drops a little into the PJ's light path so something will have to be done.

I've tried looking around but can't find anything appropriate - 1) because the drop needs to be 30cm or less, 2) the budget's only about £40 and 3) because it's a Victorian room with circular ceiling rose (most of the modern ones suit criteria 1 & 2 but I don't think they'd 'go').

Anything know of anything? One option is an uplighter shade but I can't find any nice ones...and a nice light fitting would be preferred!
