Oil Filled Heater

Can you please suggest me some good and cheap oil filled heater for my living room.

Requirements
1. Stylish
2. Timer
3. Different temperature settings.

I'm not sure we have a good forum for your question, but this is the right place to find out how to automate the control of your heater should you get one.

De'Longhi make decent oil-filled radiators with decent warranties on most models. They are marketed as heating up quickly compared to other makes. They generally all look the similar so not much choice in style.
