IR Repeater - What are the current best repeaters on the market?

Hi,

I've had a good look through the forums, but a lot of the post appear to be old circa 2003-2006 in relation to the best IR repeater currently on the market.

What I'm planning to do is setup an screen in a false chimney breast, however, I have a room directly behind which will house the AV kit. This does mean that I could drill a hole through the wall for cables if required, so not just restricted to wireless repeaters.

In terms of AV kit, I have (or will have) to control Sky+ HD, Home Cinema, PS3, HTPC. Primary focus is on the Sky+ HD for the missus and based on this I would require the Sky remote to work also.

Anyway, my question is, what is the best solution wired/wireless? and where can I get them.

Don't know which is best but i've been using a Marmitek for a couple of years and it's pretty strong. It is wired though. Just wish it was multi-directional at the receiver as I have to turn it by 90 degrees when in the conservatory/garden.

So possibly not the product your after but brand/build wise i'm happy with it.
