Quick warning about - specialist_lighting_uk

Not sure if this against the rules (Mods can advise), but thought i should let other DIY's know!

I was recommended to this company (specialist_lighting_uk) from others on here, they only sell on ebay and because they only sells LED strips in 3's most people want 4 so you have to arrange the sale outside of ebay. Now communication was Fantastic during my enquiries, even when the seller was on holiday apparently and the item was shipped promptly and packaged well, all was good until 4 leds in one of the strips went out, twisting the strip got them back on but was useless laying flat as you would want it, so emailed them several times with no reply this was 4 weeks ago, so i have left them plenty of chance, i even asked to send back the faulty strip and i would solder the new one in place and cover postage, but still nothing.

So just a warning that there is no customer service when things go wrong and if you do want a 4 strip ask them to list on ebay so you are covered!

The products are very good and i would like to purchase more, but will needd to find another company.

Cheers
