usb to ethernet and over intenet

Hi all,
I am using a cm11 x10 usb interface. I want to connect this device to a router using usb to ethernet device.
Is it possible to view it as a usb device for use with activehome on my pc over internet(without the use of a second PC)? Could you suggest a software for this?
