cctv on labgear distribution amp

Hi I am in the process of buying a cctv kit with dvr , not sure of which yet but are looking at swann at maplins advice would be good but what I wanted to know if this could be fitted to my labgear distribution amp in the loft which is connected to my sky plus
what would I have to do to do this and monitor it on tvs around the house
Any diagrams would be greatly appriciated

You will need a UHF modulator to convert the Video output of the DVR to the Input of the AMP

an RF modulator gives the device a channel.

In other words you plug the video feed from your DVR in to the modulator, and you set a channel number on the modulator.

Connect the modulator to one of the inputs on your distribution amp, and now tune your televisions to find the channel you set.

You will now be distributing your CCTV around your home

http://www.triax.co.uk/upload/ddu_installation.pdf This is for Triax DDU but has a nice diagram
RF Modulator's for CCTV Camera's shows a modulator and how to cannect just put your AMP where the connection to TV is shown

hi there will this also allow the infra-red on the sky remotes to work in all rooms as well.
