Would like to buy an alarm for a new house.. Looking at spending about £100 to £150 not bothered if it is wired or wirefree

What is a good buy?

Was thinking about this Yale wireless one - http://m.screwfix.com/p/yale-wireles...ol=1%7Cunknown I can get it for £135.

But of a pain changing batteries ect.. Anyone know what the battery life in the PIRs and door sensors are like? I like the idea I can alarm the garage too, which is not attached to the house.

Also the phone call when the alarm is activated is a bonus

If going for a wired system scantronic 9651 not a bad 8 zone alarm system and not hard to set up or if going for wireless look at visonic they have an easy set up system comes with two pir one door contact bell box and built in auto dialer
