Infinite prime INF-WSM help

Hi

I'm in the process of installing a inifinite prime INF-WSM and I'm have some issues testing the external sounder. I've gone through the registration process and the led would indicate that the registration has been successful but I don't see the WSM in the registered devices section on the software. The second issue which maybe because of registratrion issues is that the external sounder does not sound!

Any help would be greatly appreciated
