Question Cooling fans and lighting (HTPC unit)

Hi guys, I have today moved my HTPC from a very open unit to a more enclosed set up inside a cupboard. After 10 minutes or so my fears were confirmed when I checked the temps of my pc. I need a quiet fan to fit to a hole in the back of the unit (that I will cut), now rather than over load my pc's poor psu I was looking for something to plug into the mains....Maplins would be prefered as they are close. I also fancy fitting a strip light (led, cathode etc), can I get a transformer that would power the fan AND some lighting?.

Total rookie at this type of thing so begging for basic answers please chaps,

Cheers,

Rich.

Hi Easy, I actually want the lights elsewhere in the cupboard for a display, so not in the pc unit itself or that actual cupboard but the lights will be coming from the same plug.

Cheers

Rich
