Patch panel hardware?

I'm planning to install home network wiring in my flat, but I'm finding it difficult to find the hardware I need.

I want to put the patch panel and modem/router/switch/wireless access point on the wall in my airing cupboard, below the mains consumer unit (there's nowhere else for it to go). So I'm looking for a surface wall-mount box around 10cm deep with space for patch panels and electronics. I'd like to have a switch with at least 16 ports and preferably I'd like a wall box for an RF distribution amp too.

The wall boxes I've seen only seem to have room for a small combined modem/router/switch, but I think I'd need to get a separate switch to get 16 ports.

Can anyone recomend a suitable wall box, and suitable switch/ADSL modem (& would I also need a separate router)?

This may be what you are looking for, here. Have a look around the site as he has a few other options too.
