Neons not lighting

I have neon lights illuminating behind my tv but they both turned off earlier.
As they both turned off at the same time i don't think its a bulb issue as they're both in a parrallel circuit (not series lol)

This leads me to believe its the power pack or the transformer

Any ideas how to find out??
I don't have a circuit tester

Thanks in advance

Re: Neons not lighting

What manufacture Neon convertor are you using? if you have some neons working, a simple test is to disconnect a working tube, and connected it to the suspect neon convertor. if it works, the convertor is fine, if not new tube!

make sure you have 240V on the input too!
