I am using this softwarte for the cctv at my business premises. Been using it for a few years with no problems until recently.

I cant seem to access the controls anymore. I can view the picture on my pc but whereas before i could rewind/forward/change camera etc, i cant do it now. I have reinstalled the software and also tried it on a different machine but its still the same. My only thinking is that its running on Vista SP1, whereas before i had it on XP. Can this be the problem?

If anyone uses this software please help me as the whole system is pretty much redundant without the basic controls.
