CCTV and Windows Media Center ?

Has anyone seen any solutions that support recording motion detected video clips and watching them and / or live streams from the cameras using Windows Media Center ?

I was curious if you used a video capture card if MCE would pick it up as a tv card and allow the source to be streamed?

This looks promising... http://www.homeauto.com/products/software/mce.asp
the "surveillance camera" stuff anyway.
Can't figure out if I can just buy their software to use in Media Center or if I must buy one of their controllers too.
I'm not fussed about all the other stuff their software does, just after a digital cctv solution.
