Lutron Grafik Eye - Standalone dimming for 1 bed flat

Ok I have recently bought a small London 1 bed flat. I am about to get the very old electrics re-wired and thought it might be a good idea to get a simple sandalone dimming lighting system fitted at the same time. Ive been doing a bit or reading on the subject and the Lutron Grafik Eye system sounds pretty good.

I would only require the Lyneo wall switches and have a total of 4 required for the flat (1 bedroom, 1 living room controlling 6 low voltage spots, 1 kitchen controlling 10 low voltage spots and 1 bathroom controlling 4 low voltage spots)

To be totally honest im not sure of the exact spec I would require for this and would appriciate if anyone out there can give me a heads up and a bit of a ball park figure (e.g how many zones do i require etc.) Im going to get the electician who is doing the re-wiring to give me a cost but I could do with a little back up knowledge so I dont ge taken for a ride.

What I require is pretty striaght forward but I have a pretty low budget to fit.

Thanks in advance

Re: Lutron Grafik Eye - Standalone dimming for 1 bed flat

how low is low? Graffic eyes are cheap cost of dimming comes down to 2 things, load~more load=more money, channels~more channels=more money. if you need 4 channels 1 per room then there are other options if you need more channels then it goes up if you want to integrate table or floor lamps then there are much better systems than lutron Rako is one thats very cool and ideal as it doesnt require specialist wiring.
