Help: Zone Lighting

Hi Guys

Need some help with lights.

I don't say this very often but please treat me like a novice

I'm thinking of having 3 zones in my new kitchen/dining room. 20 or so low voltage spots with 1 control panel that has 5 buttons 1 for each zone and 2 for dimming up and down.

Does such a device exist and if so can someone please point me in the right direction?

Also is there anything I should look out for? How technical is this job, I'm thinking of doing this myself

Cheers

Re: Help: Zone Lighting

Rako or GET SmartLight will do this for you.

Rako will re-call preset scenes across all three circuits and then dim them up or down.

GET can be set to recall either scenes or individual circuits (not interchangeable) and then dim them up or down.

HTH

Chris

Re: Help: Zone Lighting

I know this is really lazy, but does anyone have links for the rako product I should be looking at?

some links:

www.rakocontrols.com

www.ilight.co.uk

www.dynalite.co.uk

www.zendimming.com

www.lutron.com

www.modelighting.com

All of these systems can do what you need. Just depends on how much you want to spend, and features you want.

Re: Help: Zone Lighting

Just Google for rako, and you will see how many are now selling it online. Worth checking out which is cheapest.
