Hi,

Bought a pair of these and was wondering what sort of 240-12v transofrmer I need.

Can I use the type with multi plugs, something like this,with the plug removed and soldered directly to the Cold Cathode cables.

Also, can I control the transformer with a Harmony 885. Maybe using something like this and getting the Harmony to learn the codes from this. Alternatively is there a cheap way of powering any regular 13A socket (with IR not RF).

PS Im assuming the cathodes run on 12v dc - what sort of current do they run from inside a compter case?
