Dimming Lights with Pronto

Is there any type of adaptor out there, that will allow me to dim a couple of uplighters via my pronto?

I'm sick and tired of getting up and down to adjust the lights.

Maybe an infra-red controlled, mains socket type thingy??

I use X10 to control all my home lighting. For my wall lights I use this: http://www.letsautomate.com/10030.cf...TOKEN=92071704 and an IR to X10 converter: http://www.letsautomate.com/10162.cf...TOKEN=92071704

or you could just get a cheapo IR switch from maplins but not sure if its dimable or not?
