Question issues with halogen lights in bathroom roof

Hi all,

Got an issue with my halogen lights in the bathroom ceiling..

Since last night 2 are not working yet 2 are... just been up the attic and noticed they are connected in series, so checked the cabling and all looks ok, also swapped the lights that are working with the others that are not and they all work, so lights ok (just not working when fitted)...

they do have transformers fitted to each light, don't think they can be at fault... not 2 at the same time blowing...

anyone any ideas, before i spend a fortune on a sparky

regards

Paul

Either meter the low voltage side of transformer on one of the non working fittings or just swap it for a working unit & you will soon find out if it's the transformers.
