Rise and fall light

I have a large light (but only a few Kg in weight) and need to raise it by around 1m using a 12v trigger from my projector.

Curently building a 12v Trigger for my DRH screen so no problems with that side of things.

Need to source either a comercial product or an appropriate motor with limit stops. Does anyone know of a supplier?

Thanks
