i have a Rako system,

they have been working fine until recently.

in my kitchen/dining room i have 3 dimmers, 1 - the kitchen 2- the dining room 3- the under cabinets

Now if i go from everything on (but dimmed) then click off it will leave the kitchen lights on. to switch them off i have to hold the off button.

i have reprogrammed the controls but to no effect. also today the kitchen lights started to flash for no reason. (i was boiling the kettle!)

the lights are set to switch off at midnight and if i dont turn the kitchen lights off they will remain on

the celling lights are 50w down lighters.

any suggestions?

Rako keypads the wired ones? Sounds like kitchen is set to press and hold for off, I do this for the all off

If they are not wired, have you checked the batteries in the keypads.

Thanks, will try the batteries, will also check the programming, phoned rako, they think the dimmer could have a fault
