Rako iphone app

I can control the Rako lighting using the iPhone app over the wifi but through 3G, I manage to connect to the bridge but it does not download the database. All I get is a blank page. With wifi, I get all the room choice. I have connected to the router through the default port 9761. It searches for the router and connects then says "download" but nothing happens. What have I done wrong and what can I check? Checked the advance >custom bridges. Do I need use rasoft? Help.....

I think you need to change the port - I'm not sure what network you are on but O2 has a lot of ports blocked.

Spend ages sorting out but to no avail. Then updated the firmware to the bridge and now working brilliantly. Full marks to Rako for excellent app.

Now if i can control my Opus 600 series from the internet! That will shock anyone breaking in whilst i am away.
