Low Energy Downlights

Hi, we're soon to be getting a new kitchen created by knocking our existing kitchen and dining room into one which includes pulling the existing ceilings down and installing a brand new one. Completed room will be 4.7m x 3.4m and I've been looking at having some low energy downlighters installed by the electrician.

Just wondering if anyone has any opinions/advice on these though?

Flameguard 240v Low Energy Fixed Downlighter - Satin Chrome

Roughly how many would I need for a room of this size? Was thinking of maybe having 12 installed.

Thanks in advance!

Re: Low Energy Downlights

The LV300's come in full, light fitting, transformer and plug, easy for electrician to fit, good quality and what all building inspectors are looking for now in terms in fireproof protection
