Remote lighting, newbie question

Hi,

I am looking for some advice.

I want to be able to remote control my lighting in my living room. I have a floor standing lamp with an ordinary UK plug and 12v low voltage ceiling lights controlled by 2 2way wall switches.

I want to be able to control both the lamp and the ceiling lights, but not just on or off, I want to be able to select preset lighting levels with one button, ie not holding down a button to adjust the brightness of the light.

I want to be able to control the lights via my harmony 1100 remote control as well.

I have had a look at the Rako systems and it seems to fit the bill.

My questions are, can I get a Rako 240V to 12v dimmer/transformer to replace the existing ceiling transformer?

How do I replace my 2 2way wall switches to control the ceiling light?

Also I am thinking of adding controls to other rooms, can the Rako system be set to make lights go on and off at scheduled times?

Where is a good place to buy the bits I need as well.

Thanks

Neil
