Anyone used Hi-Line lighting recently?

Hi,

have any of you guys used Hi-Line Lighting recently? (Hi-Line)

I've sent them a few technical query emails over the last few weeks but not had a reply, which worries me somewhat as i was going to place an order with them.

Hi Mark,

I was trying to find something out from them prior to ordering some more RGB tape, no answer for me either. Will try again and let you know if I get any joy.

Hi Owain,

I sent a second reminder regarding a query i made with them, and actually received an answer yesterday - over 5 weeks since the initial email. Not the usual turnaround, so I'd be interested to hear how you get on, as I was planning on placing an order with them.
