flashing lutron

hi I have a double gang lutron rania but it has a fault with it and could do with some help
the right hand side flashes all leds fast when you go to use it and no lights come on the when left for a little time it still flashes but slower is this a fault code

Has the unit worked previously or is it a new install? I have seen this when they are installed incorrectly and overloaded, so it could be that one of you transformers has an internal short circuit.

Check your lamp ratings too, make sure you are meeting the minimum load for the dimmer.

Are you using low voltage lighting, ie via transformers to step down to 12v?

This is a common problem as the dimmers are set up for standard incandesant lights. There is a button sequence that switches the rania's to trailing edge which should work with your lights.

Contact your supplier for the instruction set. If you have difficulty getting it I think I still have it on my work laptop.
