Looks like a nice piece of kit, I'd seriously look at getting it repaired rather than replacing it.
I'm pretty sure you wont be able to get the PCB repaired (uneconomical), but you should be able to get a replacement PCB, probably something like £100-£150.
I've just done a similar thing with my faulty fridge freezer and it worked out at about 1/7th of the cost of buying a new one.
Just a thought, If you're fairly handy it's worth looking at the PCB. In some cases these sort of devices contain relays that one of the power pins on the PCB burn the PCB's copper track and can be very easily repaired.
