Has anybody bought from appliancesdirect.co.uk?More specifically anybody who lives in an upstairs flat? We live on the 3rd floor..no lift.I see on the site that it says deliveries are to ground floor only  .Wondered how flexible the delivery guys would be??Of course, we would give them a drink  Also, do they take away old gear (fridge freezer)? |

i bought a washing machine from there and as i have a split level property they left my 86kg machine in the lounge. the annoying thing was i rang to ask if they would deliver round the back as that would lead into my utility and they said thats fine but the delivery guy was a real jobsworth.  |
