They've been around for ages.

I had one over 20 years ago.

They work OK until the blades get a bit blunt (which they will), after which you get vegetable mush and big blisters on your hands.

In the end, it became clear that it was a solution in search of a problem.

Ebay mate, for about £7.00ish, or a bit more if u want the graty but the graty is a bit gimmicky.

Got to agree with DPinBucks. My parents had one I would guess 30years ago, and it was alright for a very short time, before it got blunt & just mashed stuff. It remained at the back of the cupboard for roughly 29 years
